    I currently have a reservation for 2/8/16-2/16/16. I am not sure if we will have it paid off by 1/8/16. If we need to cancel and then pay in full will the tickets and magic bands be at the resort for us or still mailed out?

    Hi Teresa,
    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Regardless of when you pay for your vacation package, your park tickets are linked to you through My Disney Experience. You can purchase those online, at your resort, at a ticket window at one of the theme parks or at Guest Relations at Disney Springs.

    Regarding your Magic Bands, as to whether they are sent in a fantastic magical package to your home or to your resort depends on how far in advance you pay for your vacation. Mickey tries to send them to your home but he would rather be sure that you have them than gamble with the post office. My Disney Experience will tell you where you can expect to receive your Magic Bands and if by some reason they don't come in the mail, a Cast Member can provide you with some new ones at your resort.
