    I currently have a platinum plus annual pass. Can I renew my pass to a palatinum or gold annual pass or do i have to keep the same level

    Hi Jo-Ann,

    Don't you just love being a member of the Annual Passholder family? Gaining access to special events, getting discounts on shopping and dining, and even receiving free gifts like Passholder magnets are definitely some of the wonderful perks, but my favorite benefit is simply being able to visit the most magical place on earth whenever I'd like!

    I'm happy to let you know that when you renew your annual pass, you are welcome to change the type of pass that you purchase, as long as it's one for which you're eligible. For example, the Gold Annual Pass is currently only available for Florida residents and Disney Vacation Club members, but if you qualify as one of those, you're certainly able to purchase it! Also, as long as you renew within 30 days of your Anniversary Date, you'll still be eligible for the renewal discount. When you're ready to renew, you may do so online, by calling (407) 560-PASS or (407) 560-7277, or by visiting any theme park ticket window or the Disney Springs Guest Relations location.
