Hi! We are currently planning another trip to WDW and are unsure of the best time go to. We are considering either May 21-27 or July 1-7. Which would be the best time to go? There are four adults and we will be staying at Pop Century. Thanks!

Hey there Kate! Isn't planning a trip to Walt Disney World so much fun? We most often plan our Disney Vacations for the last week of May. We have found the parks to be quite manageable and the crowds minimal during the first part of the week. With that being said, we do usually see an increase in the crowd levels during Memorial Day weekend. Our strategy has always been to plan our park days for the first part of our vacation and then enjoy our Disney Resort and the water parks towards the end of our trip when the crowds tend to be higher. I do think you will find the weather to be cooler and the parks traditionally less crowded in late May than you will see the first part of July, especially with July 4th holiday crowds. The unofficial website allears.net features a Historical Attendance Levels chart and lists late April through early June (except for Memorial Day Weekend) to be "moderate attendance" and mid June through Labor Day as "highest attendance." The other benefit to traveling in late May is the option of attending Star Wars Weekends at Disney's Hollywood Studios, which happens to be one of my family's favorite events at Walt Disney World.  Although dates are subject to change, Star Wars Weekends are traditionally held the last two weekends in May and the first two weekends in June. We visited this year the last week of May and were very excited to see several of the topiaries still up in Epcot from the Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival. My vote would be to visit again May 21 - 27th!  I hope this information helps!  Please feel free to write me back with any additional questions.  Best wishes for a Magical Trip, Kate!
    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
