We are currently planning a trip to WDW in September. We have stayed at POR several times but the last time we were not pleased. What other resorts would you recommend for a party of 3--(2A + 1C) in all 3 categories?

Value - I have to admit right up front that I have never stayed there, but I would recommend Pop Century. I base this on the fact that it is the newest value resort, it has a dedicated bus service, and more dining options.

Moderate - Caribbean Beach is our favorite moderate resort.  We like the theming, the playgrounds on the beach, and the feature pool.

Deluxe - This is a lot harder to answer.  We generally stay at deluxe resorts and we really love ALL of them!  I think I would choose the Animal Kingdom Lodge.  It is just stunning, the atmosphere, the food, the sights and smells...it all feels so warm and inviting.  And being able to sit on your balcony with a cup of morning coffee, watching the giraffes outside your window, is just amazing.  But as I said, they all have great features and I could rave about something different in each of the deluxe resorts.

I hope this helps you find a new resort for your family to try!
