Currently the park hopper allows you to enter a second park at 2pm. Any predictions for this changing in the near future? If it does change, is it likely that it will be announced a few months in advance? It really is a key factor in how I plan my vacation

    Heigh-Ho Nancy,

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. Walt Disney World continues to monitor and apply healthy and safe procedures for Guests and Cast Members to return to the magic. One such way was, at the beginning of 2021, reintroducing the Park Hopper option to Guests but in a modified form that helps regulate crowd control. With the park hopper option Guests make a Disney Park Pass reservation at the first park they plan to visit for the day. Guests MUST visit their Disney Park Pass park before park hopping to any of the other available Walt Disney World Theme parks. Park hopping begins at 2:00 p.m. until the time of park closure. Currently, there is no information about the modified Park Hopper option changing in the near future. I suggest keeping an EAR out on the Disney Parks Blog for any further exciting Disney News or Announcements.

Prior to your arrival have a look at the Know Before You Go page for current guidelines and procedures happening around the Walt Disney World Resort. Have a Practically Perfect Day,

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
