Hello We are currently looking at booking a first time cruise that departs from Miami. We will be flying and will not have a car. Is there be Disney transportation to and from the airport available?

Welcome aboard, Cheryl! How exciting that you're about to book your very first sailing with Disney Cruise Line! My family and I have sailed so many times with Disney, but there is something extra magical about the very first Disney cruise! You're in for so much fun!

Disney Cruise Line offers ground transfers in all of its home ports. Each time my family and I sail, we book these optional transfers, because it's so much easier to let Disney do the driving! There are transfers available to and from the Miami International Airport and the Disney Cruise Line terminal at the port of Miami. We try to fly in the day prior to our cruise, just so that any airline delays won't prevent us from making it to the ship in time. We don't want to miss the cruise! Did you know that Disney also partners with resorts in each home port to offer Disney Cruise Line guests a seamless transition from land to sea and back again? You can book these resort stays before or after your sailing and then book Disney transfers to and from the resorts as well as from the airport to the resorts. So convenient!

Currently, Disney is partnering with the Conrad Miami and the Marriott Stanton South Beach. Both the resorts and the ground transfers can be booked when you make your cruise reservations, or anytime after that, up to three days before embarkation.

Have fun planning your magical adventure at sea, Cheryl!
