    We currently have a free dining package booked with 6 day PH tickets. We are wanting to upgrade to annual passes the first day of our trip. Should we cancel the free dining package and go with a room only package? Or stay with our free dining package?

    Hi Angela!

    It sounds like you are planning a magical vacation for your family.   I hope you have the most amazing time making memories together.  

    Angela, keep your free dining package!  You will be able to upgrade your 6-day Park Hopper tickets to an Annual Pass anytime during your vacation as long as you have at least one full day left on your tickets.  You will pay the difference in price between your current ticket and the price of the Annual Pass.   By upgrading you will not lose any of the benefits of your free dining package.  I upgraded a 2-day ticket I had as part of a package  to an Annual Pass  and had no problems at all.   The process to upgrade is simple and can be completed in just a few minutes at a Guest Relations Window at any of the 4 theme parks or Downtown Disney.
