Hi Patricia,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It sounds like you have a fantastic vacation coming up with your family. The first time I experienced the magic of the Mouse was with my mother, and I have continued the tradition with my kiddos!
Memory Maker is the perfect way to capture the memories of your family trip. The
Disney PhotoPass Photographers are excellent at
capturing special moments, and one of my favorite things they do is ensure that
everyone is in the picture! If you haven’t already, create an account on
My Disney Experience. Once you purchase
Memory Maker, go to the “My Reservations and Tickets” section. Click the Memory Maker link and enter the ticket order number /ID. From here, you can decide who has ownership of the Memory Maker. This way, you can be the sole owner or include other members of your family.
Even if you are the sole owner of Memory Maker, your family can still
share and add photos to your account. It sounds like you are already linked to your daughter’s account, but make sure that she is on the “
My Family and Friends List” in your My Disney Experience account. When they accept your connect invitation, you will be able to share photos by clicking the checkbox next to your name on their lists. That way
anyone on your list can add pictures to your account via a tap of their
MagicBand or PhotoPass Card.
Make sure to edit, save, and download your fantastic photos before they expire. Currently, this date is 45 days from the day the picture is taken. I would also suggest that you purchase Memory Maker in advance. You will have significant savings if you do. Just make sure to buy at least three days before you start using the service.
Patricia, if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. chEARs to a “
snap-tastic” holiday!
