Hi! I am currently booking our vacation to Walt Disney World in July and couldn't be more excited. It is going to be myself, husband, and our 2 year old son. I know that is pretty young, but is there quite a bit of rides he will be able to go on?

    Hi Cleo!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and congratulations on your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. As a father of four children under the age of eight, I've taken my kids to Disney World as infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. My oldest son was actually 2-years old when he first visited. From my experience, most of the Slow Rides at the four theme parks should be fine for your son's age. However, use your best judgment. Cast Members at the ride entrances can answer any specific questions you have before boarding.

Be sure to visit the Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones page on DisneyWorld.com. Here you can discover tips and special offers specifically designed for families with little ones. There is even a "Preschool Parent's Guide to Walt Disney World Resort" that you can download.

Please let me know if you have any other questions before your visit. I enjoy helping families with little ones plan their magical vacations to Walt Disney World Resort.

    Have a magical day!
