I have a current reservation and have made park reservations for my stay. If I alter my reservation (change number in party, number of days attending, etc) will I lose my park reservations and have to start over?

Hi Melissa! Thanks for stopping by to visit us here at planDisney! I’m happy to help you with your Disney Park Pass Reservations.

Your Disney Park Pass Reservations are completely separate from your Disney Resort hotel reservations, so please don’t worry! I suggest holding on to your park pass reservations until you’ve decided what you will do with your vacation dates. You can always confirm that the parks you want to visit are available for those different dates you’re thinking about, when you check the availability calendar. If you find that they are wide open, just go ahead and change your Disney Park Pass Reservations for the days and parks that work best for your group.

Melissa, if you do decide to modify your dates, don’t forget to check out the Special Offers section of Disney’s official site. You may find that Mickey and his friends have a promotion you might be able to take advantage of! You can always modify an existing reservation to add a Special Offer, too!

I hope I’ve been helpful. Please feel free to come back to see us if you have any more questions. You can also take a look at our Panel Extras for some of planDisney’s favorite planning tips. It’s always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical visit!
