What is the current number of guests allowed with a lightsaber builder at Savi's? I am seeing 1 in some sources and 2 in others. My wife and 8 yr old daughter would both like to come along and watch daddy build his lightsaber.

Bright suns, Patrick, and welcome to the best bucket of bolts in the galaxy: planDisney! Building your own lightsaber at Savi's Workshop in Black Spire Outpost will be out of this world, so let's look at the specifics for this Enchanting Extra you'll experience when you visit Walt Disney World Resort soon.

I spoke to a Cast Member from the Light Side, and she confirmed that The Gatherers who oversee this experience would only allow one guest to accompany the Jedi who is scheduled to build a lightsaber. So only your wife or daughter can join you unless one of them books the experience and creates a lightsaber, too.

Another suggestion is to bring your young padawan along while your wife jumps to hyperspace and experiences Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. The Cast Member said you could plan to spend about half an hour at Savi's Workshop, so your wife wouldn't have too much time alone. Whatever you decide, remember to book Savi's Workshop as soon as your 60-day booking window opens because many Jedi dream of creating a lightsaber.

Patrick, I have a GOOD feeling about this upcoming visit. Your family will make some magical memories in a galaxy far, far away. Please stop by planDisney anytime!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
