Hello, current dvc member, excited to book first time cruise with disney and introduce my 11 other family members to a cruise and the disney family!!! So, total of 15 of us will be cruising. Any suggestions how to book it w/keeping scheduling together?

    Ahoy, Melanie!

It is wonderful to have the opportunity to assist you again with your magical plans! How excited you must be to experience your inaugural voyage aboard Disney Cruise Line with your extended family. My first cruise with Captain Mickey was with a group of 15 as well, and we had an absolutely amazing week at sea! It really is the ideal vacation for large families because there is truly something for everyone and so many things you can experience together.

Your party can book your cruise on the Disney Cruise Line website or by calling (800) 951-3532 to speak to a reservation agent. Once all reservations are made, a reservation agent will be able to link your reservations together as long as you can provide the reservation numbers and the birthdate of one Guest on each additional reservation. At this time, there is a way to link up to three additional reservations to yours. There is also a way to connect your reservations online by clicking on "Add Reservation" under "My Cruise Reservation" after you are logged in to the Disney Cruise Line website. This linking option allows you to share your cruise plans with others in your group, view their plans and book your activities together. You can book your Port Adventures, select Character Meet & Greet Experiences, adult-dining restaurants, nursery times, sports simulators and spa treatments all together. Another benefit to this is making sure you are seated together at dinner or at tables next to each other. Since you are new cruisers, your onboard booking window opens 75 days prior to your departure.

Melanie, I hope I've steered you in the right direction. Please don't hesitate to write back if you have more questions.

    Happy planning!
