    Can I use my current Disney World Magic band at Disneyland or does it have to be a Magic Band plus? I have both but the rest of my party does not .

    I'm so excited to hear that you have a very magical trip coming up in just a few weeks. There's nothing better than a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! I'm wishing upon a star that your upcoming trip is an extra special one. And the addition of MagicBand+ will be just the extra touch of pixie dust that you need!

    Connie, I'm happy to let you know that your MagicBand+ will work at the Disneyland Resort as well as the Walt Disney World Resort! However, other versions of MagicBand are not supported at the Disneyland Resort. I know this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but I have good news for you! If the other Guests in your travel party would like to experience the Disneyland Resort with MagicBand+, they can always pick one up from shopDisney. Personally, I love picking up a MagicBand+ with a new style and design that will perfectly commemorate my upcoming trip! This also is one of my favorite souvenirs to remember my trip when I come home.

    Before you arrive, take some time to download the Disneyland app! This app will help you to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, access virtual queues, and even mobile order food – my favorite. It's a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
