Current Annual Passholder. My passes expire January 2021. The past few years I've purchased a Disney package with tickets. I then subtract the ticket cost from my renewal cost, pay difference and receive a renewal certificate. Can I still do this?

    Hi there, Christine!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question.

Christine, I love that you’re part of the Annual Passholder family! I will never forget the day my family and I became Walt Disney World Resort Annual Passholders, and we’ve never looked back since! From the discounts on dining and merchandise to my favorite, discounts on Walt Disney World Resort hotels, the perks are so worthwhile!

I went ahead and contacted a magical Cast Member at the Annual Passholder line about your question and was told the answer is “absolutely!” I love that your vacation then becomes even more magical because you renew your Annual Pass and get to enjoy the magic all yEAR long!

January is one of my favorite times to visit The Most Magical Place on Earth! The weather is nice and cool, and it was just announced that the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts begins January 8th of next yEAR! Take in the brilliant artwork as you stroll around the Theme Park; and get ready to make some tough decisions: trying to decide which of the 15 Food Studios you'll stop to grab some delectable delights!

Christine, as you return to the magic, check out the Annual Passes: Know Before You Go guide so you’re up to date on all the current information. I have been back twice since the reopening period and I think the Disney Park Pass reservation system is an excellent way to manage Guest attendance. I truly appreciate all that’s being done to make Guest and Cast Member health a priority.

Christine, we hope to see you real soon, pal!
