Curious if a 1br Villa in AKL will be large enough for about 20 people to meet in. It will be our bridal suite the morning of our wedding day. Only my fiance & I will actually be staying in the room, but everyone will be in our room before limo pick u

    Hi Ashlee!

Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials! I have always wanted to attend a wedding at the Walt Disney World Resort. Maybe if I am lucky, one of my four children will choose to get married there!

Kidani Village is our family’s favorite resort, so I am very familiar with the Villas. While it may feel a little bit like a college party with 20 adults in there, as long as it’s just a holding area before your limo pick-up, I think you’ll be fine. There are two bar stools, seating for 4 to 5 at the dining table, another 2 or 3 on the couch, and a chair in the living room. In the Master Suite, you’ll have another comfy chair, the desk chair and the king size bed. Depending on the time of year, if it is cool enough to be comfortable in dressy clothes, you’ll have a large balcony with chairs for folks to hang out and wait. There are also two bathrooms in a 1 Bedroom Villa at Kidani Village, so this will be perfect for last minute makeup touch-ups. Your full kitchen will be helpful as well, and I might recommend stashing some bottled water and snacks in there the day before to keep your guests hydrated and happy!

From the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I wish you all the best on your upcoming wedding, and many years of magical marital bliss! Please let us know if you have any additional questions we can help you with before your big day.

    Best Wishes!
