Hi, I was just curious if you can choose which section of a Disney Resort you would like? (We would like section D-The Springs at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa.) Is there any way we can make this possible? Thank you in advance!!

You are welcome to make a request for a certain room location or type of room. Disney does not guarantee the fulfillment of these requests, but it does make every effort to satisfy guests' needs.

The first step in making a room request is to call Disney now at 407-W-DISNEY. Ask them to look up your reservation and make a note on your file of your desired location. Then, you should follow-up directly with the hotel about a week before your arrival on site. My good friend, former Moms Panelist Bret does a great job of explaining how to do this in the post found HERE. (Bret talks about how to get connecting rooms, but the same steps apply to any type of room request.)

    Good luck!
