Hi Christina!
Thanks for bringing this question to
planDisney!
Looking ahead at the
Magic Kingdom park hours around the time you arrive for your vacation, I’m seeing that
Early Entry begins at 8:30 AM. From my experience, all guests are able to start scanning into the Magic Kingdom about 30 minutes before the listed Early Entry time.
I recommend re-checking the park hours closer to your trip, but if those hours remain, I’d plan to get to the gates around 8 AM. That way, you’ll have plenty of time to enter the park, enjoy Main Street USA, and grab some photos with less crowds in front of Cinderella Castle prior to your breakfast reservation at
Crystal Palace.
You can always let a Cast Member know that you have the reservation in the case they don’t open the park early, but the last time I was there in a similar situation, they just requested I wait in line and ensured I wouldn’t have any issues getting to my reservation.
While you’re saying hi to Winnie the Pooh and his friends, don’t miss the Mickey churro waffles. They really do live up to the hype, and Crystal Palace is currently the only place you’ll find them at Disney World!
I hope that helps! Have the best time! And let us know if you have any other questions leading up to your trip.
