Ahoy Brenda!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How absolutely awesome that you are taking your Grandson on a special Disney Cruise for some magical time with Grandma! I LOVE everything about it! My pirates-in-training had so much fun when we traveled with their grandparents. Now they want them to come with every time we travel. I hope you are ready for even more vacations in your future!
To take your Grandson along for your high seas adventure, you will need to have his parents or legal guardians complete the
Authorization for Minor to Travel Without a Parent or Legal Guardian form. This form will give you the authorization to retain custody of your Grandson for the length of your Disney Cruise Line vacation. His parents should complete the form before you travel to the port for embarkation. When you arrive at the Port Terminal, you will need to provide this form during your check-in process. Along with the authorization form, be sure to bring the
required documentation necessary for your sailing. Requirements are subject to change, so review all the documentation requirements with your travel agent, embassy or state department to confirm prior to your sailing.
Once onboard, be sure to take your special little pirate to
Eye Scream for some complimentary soft serve. This is on my family's "must-do" list for day one of every sailing. Sometimes we grab some soda from the complimentary drink stations and make a float!
Please cruise back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any more questions you have as you plan your adventure. Have fun making memories! Angie
