Welcome aboard, Karla!
You must be so excited to sneak away from regular life at home and set sail for a magical cruise at sea with Disney! My family and I are anxiously awaiting our next
Disney Wonder sailing too. The ship was just redone last fall and it has some really amazing new venues and entertainment. I can't wait to dine at
Tiana's Place again with the New Orleans Jazz-style feel and family fun atmosphere, and my daughter is just itching to join in on the musical parade around the restaurant with Tiana and Louis again! You're in for such fun!
Disney Cruise Line is so great about providing for
families with little ones. When you board the ship, head over to Guest Services, where you can borrow all sorts of baby items, like a bottle sterilizer, which solves the sterilizing problem, bottle warmers, and even strollers on a first come, first served basis. You can request a Diaper Genie in your stateroom too. Believe me, it's so nice that they think of this stuff for the families so you can just show up and enjoy!
The tap water onboard is also very safe, as it is filtered. My family and I are pretty picky water drinkers, but we drink the water onboard straight from the tap and it tastes great - like nothing at all! So, any other cleaning you need to do in the stateroom in the sink is perfectly safe.
Have fun planning, and please stop back with other questions as you get ready to set sail, Karla! We're happy to help!
