We are cruising in 3 weeks on the Disney Dream. I see that bottled water must be stored in your carry on bag. Is it the same rule for snacks?

    Ahoy David!
In just three weeks, you will be setting sail for a Bahamian adventure on the spectacular Disney Dream! Captain Mickey, his First Mate Minnie and the rest of the crew are waiting to welcome you aboard for a magical voyage. I hope it's a vacation filled with one pixie dusted moment after another!
You are correct that any bottled water or other beverages brought from home will need to be packed in your carry-on luggage. Food that is pre-packaged and unopened can also be brought on board. It can be packed in either your carry-on luggage OR your checked bags. Homemade items are not permitted even if they are packaged. I like to bring a few snacks from home as well, but we do love to order room service! Mickey Bars (not listed on the menu, but available 24 hours a day!) and Big Island cookies with milk are our favorites! We always bring some small bills for our room service tips.
Thank you for stopping by with your question, David! I always love helping out a fellow Georgian with cruise plans, so please let me know if you think of anything else!
    Have a magical day!
