Ahoy, Erin!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Soon you'll be waving bon voyage to Lady Liberty as you head out on a high seas adventure with Disney Cruise Line! I love the
itinerary you've chosen because it's not only very convenient to your home, but it includes a very special stop at the
Walt Disney World Resort. I can't think of a better
mode of transportation to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" than the beautiful
Disney Magic!
Erin, my family enjoyed this same cruise a few yEARs ago and also chose to head to
Disney's Hollywood Studios first. Since you'll have a full day to experience the theme parks, it's a fantastic idea to park hop. When you are ready to head back to the Disney Magic, you'll find motorcoach departures from all four theme parks. You do not have to return to your original drop-off location. In the past, they have departed about every hour beginning mid-afternoon. The night before you arrive at
Port Canaveral, you'll receive important information in your stateroom with every detail you'll need to know for your stop at the Walt Disney World Resort. I recommend bringing this information sheet along with you or taking a photo of it to have as a reference the next day. The Cruise Staff will go over helpful tips in the
Walt Disney Theatre at the show the night before as well. You can also stop by
Guest Services if you have any questions before you disembark.
I'm so excited for your crew, Erin! When you are not enjoying all the Disney Magic has to offer, you'll be visiting two of my favorite destinations-
Disney Castaway Cay and the Walt Disney World Resort. It will be a memorable week filled with loads of pixie dust! Please let us know if you have any additional questions before you cast off on your enchanted journey.
Have a MAGICAL day!
Nancy
