Cruising in next week on the Wonder out of Galveston to the Bahamas & so excited! We can see the expected temperatures for the ports but wondering how cool/hot it gets while at sea? Trying to determine what to pack for those 3 days at sea. Thanks!

Welcome aboard, Jordan! Your countdown to setting sail with Disney Cruise Line is now in the single digits! How exciting!

I always recommend taking a sweater or jacket for chilly evenings and days at sea when it can get a bit breezy on deck. You can expect the temperatures at sea to be slightly lower than what you'll experience in port, but it can feel even cooler if there is a breezy, which there usually is.

Just toss in a sweater or jacket for each of you so you have something to wrap up in on deck and you'll be all set! During the days at sea it should be pretty warm, though breezy. It's mostly the evenings when I feel a chill being out there.

I am setting sail on the Wonder out of Galveston next week, myself! If you see me onboard, please say hello! Have fun packing and counting down these last few days before we head out to sea with Captain Mickey!
