Hi, we are cruising on the new Disney Destiny ship (early Dec). We are a big party and a lot of children. We are wondering if we can all dress as a marvel character for the day we will be having dinner at the Marvel night??

    Ahoy there, Rosana!

I'm absolutely delighted to welcome you aboard planDisney! Thank you so much for sailing by with such an exciting question. I can only imagine how thrilled you must be, especially since you'll be sailing during the Disney Destiny's inaugural season...and it's coming up so soon! What unforgettable memories you're about to make by being part of Disney Cruise Line history.

I've been eagerly counting down to the debut of this ship ever since Disney announced its incredible heroes and villains theme. It's such a unique concept, and I'm all in for the vibe! Sailing on a brand-new ship always feels extra magical, like you're stepping into a new chapter of adventure from the moment you board. I just know your voyage is going to be nothing short of spectacular!

How exciting that you'll be sailing with such a large party! My family often travels with my brother's crew, and it's always such a joy watching all the kids spend time together. Those memories are priceless! Since we're big Marvel fans ourselves, I totally understand how excited you are to experience World of Marvel. It's such a fun, immersive dining adventure, and I know your group is going to love every minute of it!

I completely understand wanting to get into character...it really does feel like you're stepping right into the story. Guests of all ages are welcome to wear costumes during themed celebrations, like Pirate Night. While adults are limited to dressing up only during these designated times, kids have a bit more flexibility and can wear costumes throughout the cruise.

For the adults in your party during your Marvel dinner, I'd suggest trying a "Disney Bound" look! It's a fun and creative way to channel your favorite characters using themed colors, styles, and accessories rather than full costumes. And before you set sail, I definitely recommend reviewing the current costume guidelines so your whole group is ready to dress to impress...Marvel style!

While I haven't had the chance to sail on the Disney Destiny just yet, two of my fellow planDisney pals actually disembarked this morning...and they couldn't stop raving about it! They both said the Hercules stage show is an absolute must-see. According to them, it's one of the best productions they've ever experienced!

Rosana, I hope this info helps, and you have the absolute best time on your sailing! If any other questions pop up, you're always welcome to sail back over to planDisney!

    Sea ya real soon!
