Welcome back, Kathryn! Oh, Palo! It is my favorite restaurant on all four of
Disney's pixie-dusted ships. My husband and I never miss an opportunity to dine there when we sail. Dinner is amazing, and brunch is simply fabulous at
Palo.
Your servers will be happy to work with you to ensure that you have a magnificent meal, fully taking into account your shellfish allergy. There are plenty of non-seafood menu items, and since each dish is made to order right there in the open kitchen at Palo, you can rest assured that you'll have some great options. My favorite menu item is the filet of grilled prime beef tenderloin. It is simply the best! I also love the wild mushroom risotto that Palo is known for. For dessert, an absolute must is the chocolate souffle with vanilla bean sauce. I have the recipe for it and try to recreate it at home all the time. While it turns out pretty well, it still doesn't compare to enjoying it in Palo, overlooking the water, on a Disney Cruise Line ship! I just know you're in for one very special dining experience there, Kathryn! So go ahead and make reservations. Feel free to stop up to Palo anytime before that if you're interested in chatting with them about options due to your allergy, or your dining server that night will be very happy to go over recommendations.
