    We are cruising on the Magic in April 2014. Do they every offer special upgrades or room credits like other cruise lines?

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  I'm thrilled to hear you are setting sail on the Disney Magic next spring!  This is an exciting time for Disney Cruise Line's first vessel as it will undergo a re-imagining in the coming weeks ready to welcome cruise Guests in late October! 
    Pixie dusted upgrades are not out of question, but it is hard to know how and when these may happen. I know in the past, Guests have checked their reservations online and noticed a change from their original reservation so you never know!  Shipboard credits are sometimes offered through Disney Cruise Line and can be found on the Special Offers Page.  If you book your cruise through a Travel Agent, you may also receive a credit from the agency.  Another way to pick up a credit is to take advantage of the onboard booking benefits when you are sailing on Disney Cruise Line.  The Future Cruise Sales Desk offers some great incentives for reserving your next cruise vacation while at sea.
