Cruising with great niece, do I need additional information from mother?

Welcome aboard, Crystal! Thank you for cruising on in with your question.

Your Disney Cruise Line adventure is literally just a few weeks away, so I'm so glad you've reached out to get this information. There is some information you'll need complete with your great-niece's mom prior to sailing onboard your Disney Cruise Line ship.

There is an additional form you'll have to have filled out which basically says you have permission to take your niece without a parent or legal guardian, and you have been given permission by her mom to make decisions, like signing waivers for her to participate in some activities or authorizing medical treatment should an emergency arise. The Authorization for Minor to Travel Without a Parent or Legal Guardian form has to be filled out, signed, and turned in when you do your check-in at the port.

Crystal, I hope you have an amazing time with your niece! With the excellent Disney Cruise Line Youth Clubs and all of the activities you'll be able to do together, I can't imagine this voyage will be anything less than absolutely magical!
