    We are cruising for the first time EVER on the Fantasy in May 2013. Exactly how formal is the formal night? Will we look ridiculously overdressed in long formal dresses and tuxedos for that night? Thanks so much for your help with this quandry!

    It is great to hear from you again!  I've had the pleasure of sailing on the Fantasy since your last question, and I'm so thrilled for you to be able to experience this incredible vessel for your first cruise!  Being able to celebrate your daughter's graduation while sailing around the glorious Caribbean will be a vacation your family will never forget!
    Formal attire will vary on your cruise, but long formal gowns and tuxedos will be very common!  Many families will be in their finest attire just like your favorite characters and the phenomenal crew!  Since the Disney Fantasy is such an elegant and classic ship, you will feel very comfortable dressed up for your dining experience!  It is also the perfect chance to capture your family looking their best since the ship's photographers will be available for photo opportunities!
