Hi, we will be cruising, for the first time, on the Dream Dec 13-16. I’m confused about fitting in the shows. I read that there are 3 shows but there’s also a pirate night. So if we get late seating at dinner, how do we fit in those shows and the other?

Welcome aboard, Katrina! Congratulations on your first cruise with Disney! Let me tell you, Disney knows how to plan it out so that everyone gets the chance to experience as much of the magic as possible!

On your three-night sailing on the Disney Dream, you will indeed have three spectacular Broadway-style shows to enjoy, one each evening. The Golden Mickeys, Beauty and the Beast, and Disney's Believe are all spectacular experiences, and you won't miss a thing no matter which dining time you have. Why? Well, there are two performances of the show each evening. If you dine at 5:45 for Main Dining, you'll then attend the 8:30 show. Those with the second dining seating will attend the 6:15 show and later dine at 8:15.

Pirate Night is not to be missed either! It is always one of my family's favorite nights. It begins with pirate-themed activities throughout the day, a pirate-themed dinner where even your dining servers will be wearing their swashbuckling best (so feel free to dress up to get into the scallywag spirit yourself too!), and then there is the big Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party. The party takes place between the two dinner seatings, so everyone can attend without missing either dinner or the show in the theatre. Later, the Buccaneer Blast Fireworks close out the evening and these, too, are after the last dinner seating and the last show, so no one will miss them! Disney sure knows how to squeeze as much magic in as possible, Katrina, so you'll get to experience it all!

I see you don't set sail until December, so please stop back with more questions as you continue to plan. We're always happy to help!
