Welcome aboard, Robbie! Celebrating your daughter's birthday on the Disney Fantasy with a special Royal Court Royal Tea is going to be such a memory for your whole family!
You are correct that currently, reservations for the
Royal Court Royal Tea are only taken onboard the ship. I'd suggest heading straight to Guest Services when you first walk onboard, before you head up to lunch. You can get the specific details for your particular sailing from them at that point. If you've scheduled a Palo brunch and it happens to conflict, you can certainly change your Palo brunch once you're onboard. Hopefully there will be another time available that works out for that. Of course, there is always the option to have dinner at Palo or brunch or dinner at Remy too, and you cannot go wrong with either of those choices! My husband and I do love Palo the best, I must say. But we find it hard to decide whether we enjoy the brunch or dinner there more. So, sometimes we opt for both!
If you haven't already, check out this post on the Disney Parks Blog about the
Royal Court Royal Tea and watch the video so your daughter has even more reason to look forward to her big birthday celebration! And be sure to add a note to your cruise reservation that you'll be celebrating her birthday onboard. The Cast Members like to make a big deal out of birthdays, so she may get a special birthday song or treat one night at dinner. Guest Services also has birthday buttons so grab one of those for her to wear every day of your cruise, and even the characters will wish her the happiest birthday around!
I hope those details help as you continue planning, Robbie!
