Ahoy, Connie!
A
Halloween on the High Seas sailing awaits you this fall on the Disney Fantasy! It will be an absolutely SPOOK-tacular time on this BOO-tiful ship. And I hope you are already brainstorming your costume ideas for Mickey's Mouse-Querade party because you won't want to miss out on any of the fun at this family-friendly event in the Grand Lobby Atrium! You'll be able to enjoy festive games, trick-or-treating and photo opportunities with some of your favorite Disney Characters in their adorable Halloween costumes!
Since October will be here before you know it, you are smart to think ahead about your water plan onboard. I double checked with Disney Cruise Line and they informed me that liquids need to be packed in carry-on luggage sealed in their original containers. My advice is to spread the 24 bottles out between several wheeled carry-ons so it won't be too heavy for one person. Staterooms are ready at 1:30 p.m. so you won't have to keep up with your carry-on luggage for very long. If you are worried about carrying them aboard, there are water bottle packages available for purchase through the
Gift and Amenities section on the Disney Cruise Line website or once on the ship. The other option for water on the ship is at the 24-hour beverage station. I bring along a large insulated cup and fill up a few times a day since I'm also a heavy water drinker. This is allowed as long as you use one of the disposable cups to fill up your personal cup or water bottle.
Connie, good luck with your magical plans for your Halloween sailing with Captain Mickey. Please don't hesitate to reach out again if you have any further questions. We always love to help.
Have a ghostly good time!
Nancy
