Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Howard!
I am thrilled to hEAR you will be cruising with Captain Mickey onboard the
Disney Fantasy in April! Although it is always great to set sail and break away from our everyday lives, sometimes there is a need to stay connected while at sea.
Thankfully Disney Cruise Line does provide internet and phone service for use while onboard. Both
Connect@Sea and Cellular at Sea services are available for an additional fee during your sailing.
The current Connect@Sea packages being offered provide different tiers of data usage based on your individual need. Internet packages offer 100 MB for $19.00, 300 MB for $39.00, or a larger package which will cover longer internet sessions with 1000 MB, can be purchased for $89.00. Disney Cruise Line also offers a "pay as you go" option for guests who do not wish to purchase an entire package. This option is priced at $0.25 per each MB.
Phone service is available through dedicated locations on the ship and also through Cellular at Sea which allows you to use your own cellular device as you would on land. Check with your cell phone carrier to see if they support this option and for how usage rates and international roaming fees may apply.
All pricing is subject to change without notice, so it is important that you validate the rates on your specific sailing when you step onboard. You will find information on prices and how to connect to each service on a flyer in your stateroom or by visiting the Connect@Sea representative on Deck 4, Midship.
Refunds are not issued for unused megabytes or if an internet or cellular connection is not available at the ship's location anytime during your sailing. You do not need to use any data or a Connect@Sea package when using
Disney Cruise Line's Navigator App while onboard.
Enjoy your office with a view for the week! Bon voyage! Angie
