I am cruising on the fantasy in April. On the day we board, where is the best place to eat lunch?

Hello and welcome aboard! April is just around the corner, so I bet you are getting very excited for your cruise on the Disney Fantasy!

On Embarkation Day, as you walk onto the ship, expect a round of applause from a line of Cast Members waiting to greet your family by name! We always love starting our Disney cruise vacation by being welcomed like that as we walk into the atrium of the ship. You can't help but smile when this is the start to your very magical vacation!

A Cast Member will then pull you aside and let you know the best place to eat at that time. On the Fantasy, the two lunch options on embarkation day are Cabanas Buffet on Deck 11 or Enchanted Garden which will offer a buffet that day, on Deck 2. You'll get the opportunity to visit both at least two other times throughout your seven day voyage, so if the Cast Member tells you that Cabanas is the best spot at the time you board, go ahead and head up there. They may point you to Enchanted Garden for less crowds at that particular time, in which case, you can head there. If you really prefer one or the other, you are welcome to go wherever you'd prefer. My family likes to enjoy Enchanted Garden that first day, as we have almost every breakfast throughout the sailing in Cabanas, as well as many lunches, so this first day gives us the opportunity for an extra meal in the gorgeous Enchanted Garden.

Have fun as you continue to plan, and please let me know if I can help with anything else before you set sail!
