Hi, I will be cruising on the Dream in July 2013 with my 2 yr old, 5 yr old & husband. If I plan to stay at a Disney resort are transfers available between a Disney resorts and Port Canaveral? Do I need to bring a car seat for my 2 yr? Thnx!

Welcome to the Moms Panel, Tisha!
I have a feeling the next year is going to fly by, and you will be ready to board the spectacular Disney Dream for a magical Bahamian voyage before you know it!  Disney Cruise Line does offer ground transportation from the Walt Disney World Resort or Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral via a comfortable motor coach.  Currently, a round trip voucher is $70 per person, but prices are always subject to change. On the morning of your sailing, you will be picked up between 10:00am and 12:00pm to enjoy an hour long ride over to the port.  Car seats are not needed because the buses do not have seat belts.
Using Disney Cruise Line transportation will make the start of your cruise vacation smooth and seamless.  Not only will you be delivered to the port with ease, but your luggage will be picked up from the resort and delivered right to your stateroom door!  The motor coach is equipped with bathrooms for your convenience and TVs for your entertainment.  If you would like to add ground transportation to your cruise reservation, just give DCL line a call at (800) 951-3532.  A Cruise Reservation Agent will be happy to assist you!
Thanks so much for the question, Tisha!  Keep me posted on any others you may think of before you set sail!
