We are cruising on the Disney Dream in February with our son who will be almost 2. Is there a playground or play area on the ship where he will be able to run off some energy?

    Welcome aboard, Sarah!

You're going to be making some magical family memories onboard the Dream next month! Your son will have so many places to play and explore on the ship. Out by the pool, you can join him for some wet and wild fun in Nemo's Reef.

The Youth Clubs onboard are top notch! Check out It's A Small World Nursery, which will have an open house the first day of your cruise, when you can join him for playtime there as you explore and see if he'd be happy there with counselors while you sneak off for some adult time on the ship. If you think you may check him in for  care at some point, I suggest pre-booking that before you sail, as the time for the nursery does fill up.

In addition to the nursery, there will be Open House hours at the Oceaneer's Club and Lab throughout the cruise. These spaces are for ages three to 12 without their parents, but during Open House, all guests are welcome, and parents stay with their children. Your little man will love climbing around in Andy's Room and Monster's Academy!

Also check your Personal Navigator for activities geared toward the smallest sailors, like the Diaper Dash race and more. I've seen that race and it sure looks like a lot of fun! Have a wonderful cruise, Sarah!
