Cruising in 6 days! How can I make changes to the tipping portion of my bill? In the pamphlet it says this should be addressed prior to sailing but can't seem where to find this section on the website.

Welcome back, Tirzah! You must be getting packed and ready to set sail in just a few short days! How exciting!

There are a couple of ways to pay tips for the Cast Members that will surely provide excellent service for your family onboard. If you'd like to pre-pay the tips, you can call Disney Cruise Line at 1-800-951-3532 to pay these before you set sail. However, this must be done at least three days before the sailing.

If you miss this window, not to worry! We actually prefer to pay our tips onboard on the last night of our cruise. By then, we've really gotten to know our dining servers and stateroom host, and when they really go above and beyond for us, (which happens more often than not!), we like to add a bit more than the traditional tip. Guests can feel free to tip however they'd prefer, but we like to charge these to our stateroom account onboard.

On the final evening of your sailing, you will receive tip envelopes in your stateroom. You can then choose to have the tips charged to your account or simply leave cash. Then, present these tip envelopes to your servers and stateroom host that night or the next morning as you say goodbye.

I hope that information helps, Tirzah! Have a very magical cruise next week!
