    We are cruising to Bermuda in Sept out of New York. We added hotel and transfers to the port to our reservation, but we have received no information about how the transfer works and what time pick up will be etc. How can we get that info?

    This fall will be such an amazing time to set sail out of New York to enjoy activities, adventures and beautiful scenery in Bermuda with Disney Cruise Line! My family and I love sneaking away in the fall for a Disney Cruise.

    We've taken advantage of Disney Cruise Line's resort partners and optional Ground Transportation from many of Disney's home ports and have had really great experiences each time. Usually when we check into the resort, we find out about the exact time and location for the port transfers the next morning. The transfers from the Walt Disney World resorts in Orlando for cruises sailing from Port Canaveral which work a bit differently, but at other partner resorts near home ports throughout the states, like yours in New York, we've simply met in the lobby at a particular time to give them our checked bags to send ahead to the ship and then returned for our transfers at another set time. You'll get the exact details as you check into the resort, but you may want to call the agents at Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 with your reservation number to get more specifics about what to expect for your particular itinerary.
