Welcome aboard, Adrianne! My family and I have sailed many times with
Disney Cruise Line in November. It's one of our favorite months to set sail with Captain Mickey because we get to escape the chilly temperatures back home in Ohio (and you will get to sneak away south from Wisconsin, I see!), to enjoy the warm waters of the
Bahamas and Caribbean! You're in for a warm, wonderful, and really magical experience!
Disney Cruise Line offers
Very Merrytime cruises with the most amazing Christmas decorations all over the ship and many holiday activities and events throughout the sailing. These typically begin the second week or so of November, so you may just miss them. This year, the
Disney Dream begins its Very Merrytime sailings on November 10th, continuing through the December 22nd sailing. If you sail before then, you won't get to experience the festive decor, but you're still in for one magical cruise with the most popular activities and experiences that Disney has to offer on all of its sailings, Adrianne! We sailed this past year on the itinerary just before the Very Merrytime sailings began. As we were leaving the ship, carts and carts of gorgeous red poinsettias were being wheeled on! While I was sad we wouldn't get to see the ship decorated for Christmas that year like we have in years past, it certainly didn't take away from the truly magical cruise we had that week!
Have fun planning your cruise, and please stop back if we can help with anything else before you set sail!
