    will there be any cruises that will leave from nyc in 2014

    Ahoy John!
    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  Currently, Disney Cruise Line is not scheduled to depart out of New York City in 2014.  With 2013 coming to a close, I'm sure it won't be too much longer before the 2015 itineraries are released.  I don't know if New York will be a home port, but I'd check www.disneycruise.com, the Disney Parks Blog, and the Disney Cruise Line Facebook page for the latest news.
