Ahoy there, Linda! Welcome!
Back-to-back
Disney Cruise Line adventures sound practically perfect in every way to me! Two times the seafaring fun can't be a bad idea.
With back-to-back cruises, Linda, you, or a
Disney Cruise Line Vacation Planning Specialist, can try to book yourself the same stateroom on both voyages. Check out the
deck plans before you book, see if the same stateroom is available on your
ship for both sailings, and book the stateroom that you want. You'll still have to disembark, but when you are cleared to come back, you can access your stateroom.
If for some reason you can't get the same stateroom, not to worry. Disney Cruise Line makes it so easy to move from one stateroom to the next. You will have to pack, but your stateroom attendant will move everything for you. They usually don't even have you empty your closet - they'll transfer your stuff right on the hanger. You'll disembark the ship, clear customs, and by the time you are able to board again, your things will be in the new stateroom.
A couple of quick tips, Linda. You'll be one of the first guests back onboard, and some of the services will be limited. It is totally cool to have your pick of poolside lounge chairs, but plan accordingly for meals. Eat a big breakfast, and if there's a muffin or something you can toss in your bag for a mid-morning snack, you may want to do that. In my experience, the
Cove Cafe is usually open for a cup of coffee and maybe a quick snack.
Have the most amazing time, Linda!
