While on a cruise we're going to be taking November, my son will turn 11 years old. Can he go into Edge (he really wants to be able to be with the big kids) or will he only allowed in the younger kids' club?

    Ahoy, Debbie!
It won't be long now before your family is enjoying a Disney Cruise vacation! I'm glad you asked this question because I remember my daughter's first experience with Edge at the age of 11. Even though she loved her years in the Oceaneer Club and Oceaneer Lab, she was so excited to move up to the tween club that is designed for ages 11-14. Your son sounds like he is ready as well, and there should be no problem with him enjoying this cool hangout on your November sailing. Once aboard, I encourage your crew to find the space while it is available for all Guests to view during Open House hours the first afternoon. This will give both you and your son an idea of what to expect when he's there each day. The youth counselors will also be on hand to answer any questions about the planned activities or the awesome interactive space. Your son will want to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and the Personal Navigator (daily cruise newsletter) throughout the sailing for all the fun that is planned for the tweens on the ship.
Debbie, enjoy counting down to your magical sailing in November! Please let us know if you have any additional questions before the big day arrives!
    Bon Voyage!
