Welcome aboard, Donna! My family loves Halloween time. Mostly, it's the costumes that are so fun for us, so setting sail with Disney Cruise Line for a
Halloween on the High Seas cruise is the way to go!
Mickey's Mouse-querade party is the time for everyone to get dressed up for some spooky fun. Trick-or-Treating, dancing and singing with your favorite Disney friends in their Halloween costumes, and Halloween themed games make this late afternoon party a favorite! You didn't mention which ship or itinerary you're sailing on, so I can't tell you specifically if you'll have a Halloween dress up night at dinner, but you're certainly welcome to continue wearing your costumes from the party to dinner that night, no matter which of the Halloween sailings you're on. The shorter sailings have had this party in the late afternoon on Pirate Night, so many guests choose to wear their pirate gear to dinner instead of their Halloween costume - unless of course they are pirates for Halloween and then that works out well! The longer sailings have a separate Halloween attire night (or simply cruise casual that night for guests who do not choose to dress up), which is held on a different night than the fun
Pirate Night festivities.
Either way, you're in for all sorts of ghoulish treats and surprises when you set sail this fall, Donna! Have fun planning!
