My cruise photos require a 10 digit castaway cay number to download. What number do I need. Unsuccessfully, I tried using preceding zeros.

    Waving hello to you Claire!

I hope you had a wonderful Disney Cruise Line sailing. Now that you are back on dry land I know you must be eager to relieve all the magical memories and view your vacation photos.

In order to view your photos you'll need to input your Castaway Club Member ID. You'll be able to find this by logging in to the Disney Cruise Line website and clicking the "Already Booked" link at the top of the page. There, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select "Castaway Club" under the "My Account" section. You'll be able to view your current membership tier and find your ID number just below. Castaway Club ID numbers are 8 digits so you won't need to add any additional numbers before or after your unique ID to access your cruise photos.

If you're still having trouble accessing your photos, or notice missing photos you can also reach out to Disney Cruise Line by phone or email for additional assistance.

If this was your first Disney Cruise Line sailing, you're now a proud Silver Member of the Castaway Club. This will allow you to book new itineraries one day before the general public, as well as reserve onboard activities like spa and salon services and specialty dining at Palo, Remy, and Enchanté 90 days before your cruise. You may also receive a special surprise in your Stateroom on your next voyage! Once you've completed 5 sailings you'll move up to Gold Membership which offers additional benefits

I hope this helps you access your precious vacation memories, Claire. Sail on back to planDisney with any additional questions.

    "Sea" you real soon!
