Ahoy Melissa!
Tipping can be confusing especially when you encounter many different staff members when heading ashore! It is always at your discretion, but when I have cruised previously I have tipped the driver a small amount, and the staff members who have run the main part of the tour a larger amount. The amount you tip the catamaran/snorkel staff is really up to you. We have always tipped an amount per person so with our family of four it is usually around $25 to $40 depending on the level of service and the length of tour. If it is a longer adventure, you may consider giving a little more.
