We are going on a cruise to Ensenada on November 4th-7th. Trying to book our flights and i can’t find a what time are we supposed to board the ship.

Ahoy there, Dilva! You've come sailing on in with an excellent question, and I am here and happy to help!

Disney Cruise Line does assign specific Port Arrival Times to guests sailing on any of the Disney ships. You'll be assigned this time when you do your online check-in, which you can do beginning 30 days prior to sailing, as long as your cruise is paid in full.

The arrival times usually begin as early as 11 AM, and you should be aboard no later than 3:45. I do want to suggest, however, that you pay close attention to that when you do your online check-in, as these times can vary depending on your itinerary.

It's a good idea, Dilva, to check in periodically with the Know Before You Go section of the Disney Cruise Line website. Information regarding health and wellness protocols and other need-to-know stuff is updated there regularly, and with your cruise still a few months away, this is information that has the potential to change.

Dilva, if you haven't already, go ahead and download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you'll be ready to go once you board the ship. And since you'll be thinking about packing soon, there are some awesome packing tips available to help you plan what to put into your luggage.

I hope we've gotten you shipshape and ready to sail, Dilva! I wish you smooth sailing and the most excellent seafaring adventure.
