Welcome aboard, Trinity! It sounds like you have an adventurous little four year-old who is ready for all of the fun with her family!
I have some suggestions for exciting adventures that allow guests as young as your daughter, so don't worry. First of all, in Jamaica, you absolutely must visit Dunn's River Falls. It is the quintessential Jamaican experience, and there are quite a few adventures that include a visit there.
Dolphin Cove and Dunn's River Falls is one adventure that includes this amazing stop and also allows young children. It is quite the adventure climbing those falls, so get ready! There isn't an age restriction, but check out the height information for this climb.
We loved the
Cozumel Ruins, Chocolate & Beach Adventure. It includes something for everyone. I love that my kids got to learn quite a bit of history and culture of the area. My son was four when we took this adventure and he loved every minute of exploring Aztec ruins. Of course, learning about and tasting the Mexican chocolate is my favorite type of education! And everyone loves a relaxing end of the day at the beach club.
In Grand Cayman, normally I suggest a visit to Stingray City, but guests must be five. For an unusual experience, check out
Discover Native Cayman and the Saltwater Forest. I visited the limestone rock formations there once, which was really interesting, but haven't gotten to the Saltwater Forest which is so specific to Grand Cayman, I can't wait to go!
Have fun planning, Trinity! As Ellie says in
Up, "Adventure is out there!"
