I am going on a cruise to the Bahamas on Disney Magic in May. As my ex has my daughters - 7 years old - passport, I was told all I need for her is a certified birth certificate. Is this correct? Does anything need to be signed by my ex?

    Hi Ashely!

I hope you are ready for a vacation filled with pixie-dusted moments that will become magical memories for you and your princess.  From the first moment you step aboard, you will take in all the beauty and elegance  the Disney Imagineers created when they designed this spectacular vessel!  It is going to be an amazing vacation for you and your daughter!

I spoke directly with Disney Cruise Line about your question. If you have custody of your daughter, all you will need to board the ship with is her birth certificate. To speed up your process at the port, I recommend checking in online using the Planning Center on DisneyCruise.com.  It is very easy to do, and you can also sign up for kids' programming, spa/beauty treatments, and port adventures as well.

A magical vacation awaits!  Enjoy and please let me know if I can answer any further questions before you set sail on your Bahamian adventure!

    Have a wonderful day!
