Going on 1st cruise on Apr 25, 5 day Bahamas on Disney Magic, do we have a semi formal night? Is there a character dining? Is there dress code for breakfast and lunch? Where can I find out dining schedule and the date of the pirate party? Thanks

    Ahoy Shelley!

Congratulations on your first cruise experience on the beautiful Disney Magic!  I hope your family is ready for a magical vacation!

I spoke with Disney Cruise Line about your particular sailing, and the dining schedule, including the Pirates IN the Caribbean night, have not yet been assigned.  I do know you will have one semi-formal night, three cruise casual nights and a pirate night.  When I sailed the five night itinerary, pirate night was the same day we were docked in Nassau.  Please check back a little closer to your departure date for your exact schedule.

Breakfast and lunch attire is casual.  If you are heading out to explore the islands or up to the pool deck after you eat, a cover-up over your bathing suit is fine.

The character breakfasts are only available on seven night cruises or longer.  But, don't worry because one of the best parts of cruising with Disney is the ample opportunities to meet and greet all your favorites!  There is even an entire row dedicated to the characters in your Personal Navigator, your daily activity guide.  So, don't forget your autograph books and cameras!

I hope you have a wonderful time sailing with Disney!  Please let know if I can further assist you in your planning!

    Bon Voyage!
