How are the crowds on Mothers day??...Planning to go to HS on 5/8/11...No fantasmic....What about the rest of the week...Will be in Disney 5/8-5/14/11....Thanks for all of your help....You all are the best!

Hi Sherri! May is one of my favorite months to visit Walt Disney World -- I've spent more than a few Mother's Days there! Park attendance levels are generally low to moderate in May, which means you can experience lots of attractions with minimal waiting, and the weather is usually warm and sunny. Although holidays often cause a spike in crowd levels at Disney World, Mother's Day isn't a particularly busy day in the parks. In some years Epcot has hosted a special Mother's Day brunch, which together with the Flower and Garden festival, could make the crowds larger in that park, but the others seem to remain at moderate attendance levels.

Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day at Disney! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We're happy to help!
