What are the crowds like during Columbus Day weekend?

    Hi there Kelley!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  We're glad you're here!  My children always have a "Fall Break" over Columbus Day Weekend so we love to plan a trip to Walt Disney World during this time of year!  We traditionally arrive on the Friday evening prior to Columbus Day and depart the day after. I have always found the weather to be ideal for park touring and the crowd levels to be very manageable. We have always been able to experience everything on our "must do" list and we can usually ride several of our favorite attractions multiple times. The independent website allears.net features a Historic Attendance Levels Chart and categorizes Columbus Day Weekend as "moderate attendance." I would not hesitate to visit over Columbus Day Weekend again in the future. I hope this helps!  Please write back if you have any additional vacation planning questions. Best wishes for a magical trip, Kelley!

    Happy Planning,
    Jodie
