How are the crowds in the days following the Princess Run marathon? I know that weekend will be busier than average but is the following week (the last week of Feb) also busier? Thanks!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Brianna! How exciting to be planning a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth this February. As a runner, Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend is one of my favorite times to visit Walt Disney World. I never find the crowds to be that large, even during the weekend, but the following week is historically quiet in the parks. With the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts coming to a close on February 24th and the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival beginning on March 5th, you will be visiting directly between these two festivals. This is a lovely time to enjoy the theme parks because you will be visiting the parks before the larger Spring Break crowds arrive. If you can begin your visit on the 24th or end it on the 5th, I highly recommend checking out one of the EPCOT festivals I mentioned above, as they are my two favorite events in Walt Disney World.

I hope you make the most of your visit to Walt Disney World, enjoying smaller crowds and an abundance of magic!
